Success story: from PA to webmaster
A couple of months ago Netta, my personal assistant, had the same computer skills as most people. She used a computer every day but was not a programmer or IT expert.
She did the basic Build A Web course (www.build-a-web.com) because she liked the idea of being able to create her own website in less than an hour.
It didn’t cost her anything, and she enjoyed it.
A week or so ago she was able to take over as webmaster on my Property School site! Not only that, but she completely rebuilt the site and added lots of new content and value. With just what she learned from the basic course!
She also turned it into a membership site and there she did need some assistance. But she was confident enough to do it!
To me it is a classic Wealth Creator’s tale, because Netta:
first educated herself (and it cost her nothing)
then when she was ready, took action (just weeks later!)
and now she has an additional valuable skill set
not to mention, a way to help herself get financially free
she’s also building up her value as an employee so she is broadening her options, keeping them open!
This is the reward of personal growth. To a basic skill (like using a computer) you can add a whole new skill set (website design).
If you use a computer, think about what value there might be for you in this story!
There’s another side too – Netta turned Property School (www.propertyschool.co.za) into a membership site. There are dozens of articles there, and you can also download BOSS at no cost. All you need to do is sign in and then click on ‘Products’. BOSS is the property calculator that tells you how much money you’re really paying on your house; how to cut years off your repayments, etc.
Perhaps you should take a look at this site and see whether you can use some of these ideas to add value to your own business!
Yours in property and wealth creation, and personal growth!

P.S. It took Netta less than a week to re-launch Property School. To celebrate, we’re giving away “Property Investment in Uncertain Times”, a 6 video series,as well as the BOSS, Bond Optimizing Software Suite.

Wealth Insight 2009-09-25 Instinct or indoctrination? We taste a new dish. We like it or dislike it. We call it being individual. A matter of personal taste. We meet someone new. We instantly trust or mistrust them. We call it instinct. Gut feel. Intuition. We encounter a new idea. We instantly trust or mistrust it. Instinct, again. Gut feel. Intuition. Are we right or are we wrong? Mostly it doesn’t matter. If your job is not about food, then who cares? If you’ll never see the... Read more...

If I can describe it in this way what the Kaizen Challenge has meant to me. Previously in my life it felt like I was work in the change room of the bokke cleaning their boots for them and working hard for them. In Kaizen challenge I have started to see that I am part of the bok team and I am starting to run out of the tunnel and seeing the daylight, the field and Read more...

For many years I have suspected that there must be an easier way. My whole family are very hard workers. Day after day my Dad would get up & go to work, just as his Dad had done for all of his life. The message that was passed down from generation to generation was “go to school, get good grades, study hard and go to university so you Read more...

Selfs nou as ek negatief Read more...

I signed up because I wanted to make sure that I did not miss out on anything that could be of value to me, and because of the title which said “Challenge”. I love challenges as well as challenging the status quo, actually, anything that Read more...
