Hannes Dreyer se Kaizen Challenge het my geleer om groter, onafhanklik en anders te dink,  want as ek dit nie gaan doen nie gaan iemand anders dit vir my doen.  Ek het met ander oe,  ingesteldheid en fikser liggaam na die mees belangrikste dinge vir my in die lewe begin kyk.  Hannes se vermoee om mens gefokus te laat bly op selfverbetering is verbasend.  Nou moet mens net verder die hef in die hand neem en die tog self elke dag aanpak wat n makliker taak sal wees.

 

Die Kaizen Challenge het my geleer dat as mens nie n balans in jou lewe het op finansiele,  denke,  fisiese,  verhoudings en spirituele vlak nie,  geld alleen jou nie gelukkig sal maak nie.  Ander baie belangrike dinge wat ek geleer het is:

Dat mens elke oggend stilte tyd moet maak vir mens self.

Dat vrese mens kan weerhou van jou drome en dat dit veroorsaak word deur oningeligdheid.

Dat denke en die gees die enigste ware realiteit is waarop die mens kan vertrou.

Dat  mens drome kan laat realiseer deur eers die einde te sien,  jou doel te visualiseer en dan “vleis” te gee vir daardie doel.

Sukses - kennis,  waagmoed en vertroue behels

Dat suiker,TV  en negatiewe gedagtes taboo is vir gesonde  denke  en

Dat God die wereld aan ons gegee het om te geniet.
