WILLEM

Mag DIE HEER julle ryklik seen.

Would like to start by saying that I threw my books away in 1983 and dropped out of school end of std 8. I wanted to be like my dad and own my own fish & chip shop. Well I did buy his shop when he past on, now I have three, and in the process of getting a small distribution centre, when I get the finance or whereto supply my shops. I have also registered my cc property “FRAPI”=Ferreira Rentals and Property Investments.   The only book I read was Read more...

Profound - Truly Profound - It's a word I use sparingly; but if I look back seven or less years from now, gratefully, financially free, retired, working on getting rich further in mind, body, soul I will cite this tool, this way of life, practicing, improving Read more...

Wealth Insight 2009-07-03 Mindset changes everything Andrew Lloyd Webber has a song called ‘Love changes everything’. Which is true. But mindset changes everything too. Take a look at this story I was sent a while ago...  “Last year I started on a puzzle. It looked like a tough puzzle. Lots of pieces, lots of similar stuff. The background was scattered with yellow leaves. In the foreground was lots of water splashing from one side to the other. In the middle were horses,... Read more...

Do I feel like one in a million? A resounding yes! Do I regard myself as superior to my contemporaries? No! I only think that I may be able to use my talents more productively (sometimes).   I am a hard of hearing, hands-on father of 2 Angels (2 and 4 years). I can only meaningfully communicate in a person to person basis. In group situations I am like a Read more...

Wealth Insight 2009-07-31 Split second decision making I’ve been studying how we make decisions. Sometimes we take a long time to decide and then make a mistake anyway. Other times we decide in a flash and we are right. Does it matter? Very much so! If spending more time on a decision doesn’t guarantee success, then what should we do? Let me give you two examples. Example 1: A panel of art experts spends months deciding to buy a $10 million work of art. They take samples, they... Read more...
